A password that feels personal can still be a template. A word, a year, a capital at the front, a few digits at the end. SeerTrace reads that pattern in the popup and labels it Weak, Moderate, or Strong.
Why the pattern matters
People choose passwords they can remember. Guessers look for the same shapes: a name plus a year, a season plus a symbol, a keyboard walk.
snake2019 feels like yours. To a guesser it is a word and a year. SeerTrace is a creation-time check. It does not recover passwords, and it does not try logins.
The candidate is scored on this computer. It is not sent to Seerror, and it is not kept after the popup closes.
That is the set the AI learned from. Duplicate strings were removed so the same password could not sit on both sides of the split and make the score look better than it is. After learning, the model is packed inside the extension. The check itself is offline: it does not call Seerror, OpenAI, or any other server, and it needs no network connection.
This AI is unique to SeerTrace. It is not a length-and-symbol checklist. The model learned those 12,946,465 examples, and it scores the password on this computer.
Four steps. One label.
The password stays in the popup. The packaged model votes, and the dial shows the winning class.
Open the popup. Read the dial.
No account. No sign-up. The score is ready when the model packed with the extension has loaded.
A template and a mixed pattern
A strength check that does not take the password
We do not sell the candidate because we never receive it.
SeerTrace sits with the other extensions
One list. Browser tools from Seerror. SeerTrace is the password-strength check.
